I am going with a 20 inch wheel with a 35 sidewall. How will this change my speedo readings (slower reading? faster reading?) Can my speedo be changed to make up for the big wheels and tires?? thanks!

If the outside circumference remains the same; say bigger rim but smaller sidewall the speedo won't change. Usually the speedo is run by a gear from the transmission and these can be changed.
Since the Z is rear wheel drive it won't matter what you do to the front tires, only the rear. I doubt the combo you describe would
change the speedo much, if any as long as the side wall is smaller.

http://www.1010tires.com - go to their tire calc and compare them to the stock tires... it will tell you the speed difference.
DO NOT, however, buy tires from there. They are expensive and http://DiscountTireDirect.com gives cheap prices and free shipping.
