+35 for the front is good, and +42 for 10.5" or +40 for 9.5" for the rear, and yes you can have that tire size.

is this deal just for the TE37? I want to purchase some Volk GT-N for my 350z w/ tires. If you can, can you tell me what offsets are available for 18x8 and 18x9? Or maybe 18x8.5 and 18x9.5 (whatever fits on the z).

Volk GT-N 18" doesn't have 18x8.5 and 18x9.5 but I'm sure that 18x8 +36 will fit perfect for front and 18x10 +44 will fit at the back. I will get the price for you ASAP.

These are the offsets available.
