Racing Seat installer in San Diego?

Unfortunalty I discovered that I don't have enough head room in my car when wearing my helmet. I am not very familar with racing seats, but I do know they can be mounted lower than stock. Anyone have recommendations of a good supplier/installer in the San Diego area? (L.A. if they are really good and can install on a weekend).

Any personal recommendations on which seats I should look into?
