The modifications section is buzzing about the HKS Hipermax LS Coilovers suspension. It cures the bounce and is tuned for a luxury Sports Sedan. They have applications for the 350Z, G35C, AND several Lexuses. This suspension has purportedly been tuned to a slightly firmer ride on full soft than the Z presently has. It is a Sport Touring Suspension that replaces the bouncy one we now have on our Zs. It is ride height adjustable and has aluminum pillow balls on top of the coilovers to better aid steering response.

Those of you who might be interested, the link is hksusa.com. One gentleman, who drives his Z an average of 3000 miles a month is very interested! A couple of dealers are selling it for $1695+ tax and installation. Its intriguing if you are willing to spend the money and would like to have the Zs handling added to the ride of a GS400 Lexus, providing it does work as HKS says it does.

We need a risk-taker to try it and report back on whether the claims are true.

We may have several from the other site, some peple are very excited and have called HKS about the system. Its too rich for me at the moment, but Tein followers may want to check it out. A similar system came out on top for HKS in a test of 3 systems in Japan, Tein being 3rd, but it is not a direct comparison.

There are also two people on that site who have ordered the NISMO suspension. We should be getting reports any day now about how that set up works. I'm looking forward to the reviews to help solidify my choice.

Great! We'll have reviews coming out our ears soon. Finally something to compare.

Thanks, TCL.
