I recently purchased a 350z in Canada from the US

Hello,
I recently purchased a 350z from a dealer here in Canada and the car was purchased from a US auction. The speedometer gauge on the dash reads miles per hour, is this an easy thing to change to kilometers?
Also, does anyone have a full list of differences, besides the price?
It is a 2006 350z GT Roadster.

You can change it on the LED speedo on the triple gauge pod (I think) but I don't think you can change it on the standard "dial" speedo right in front of the sttering wheel.

Nismo offers a speedometer gauge cluster that reads in Km per hour. But this option isnt a cheap one.
