Replacing headlight bulbs

I have an aftermarket set of low beam, high beam, turn signal, and marker lights. What's the easiest way to install them (or get to the back of the headlight cluster).

What are you looking to do? Install a new cluster or repair a broken bulb?

You need to Remove the foward Fender splash guard (big black plastic panel in the wheel well)... it is in the manual I think... that is the only way... other then taking off the bumper. There is no easy way to do it.
