Rob, since the plenum flexes so much with variations on inlet air pressure, do you think paint cracking will be a problem?

No I don't think so.
Mike this plenum is hard as a rock, feels like if you would knock on your stock plenum.

Ok a little whipped but here we go...
Sanding as much of the texture out as possible where the pad would reach with the DA (Dual Action) sander.
